Up & Running
Creating a shop in shop experience for New Balance at Teddington based retailer Up & Running was an exciting project. The primary objective of the permanent installation was to improve the buying experience and the customer journey for those researching and purchasing running products.
The buyer behaviour of the target Gen-Z consumer influenced the design, layout and engagement elements of the space, which focused on education and combining digital and physical interaction. The retailer and the brand required versatility in order to adapt for new collections and update with relevant merchandising and promo material.
